Welcome to 5 days to a Healthier & stronger runner’s body challenge. Transform yourself into a more confident runner with a routine that increases strength, improves flexibility & fuels peak performance.
This is not a running challenge, instead, the purpose of this challenge is to help you develop some healthy habits that will help ensure your future success as a middle age athlete and runner.
Over the next 5 days, by video and/or download materials, I will provide you with micro-commitments or tasks for a variety of positive habits, so when you accomplish them, you can move forward and then get yourself prepared to get in shape for whatever race or goal that you may be considering.
Today’s Challenge Tasks:
1) Write out your “why.” What’s the primary reason you are participating in this challenge and what do you expect to get out of it?
2) Download the importance of water for runners. Drink at least 64 ozs of water today.
3) Download and read Success with Action Habits. Download and complete the Habit Worksheet.
