Success with Action Habits – How to Stay Motivated, Goal Setting

Today I want to show you how to have success with Action Habits. Having a routine of healthy daily habits is great, but if they haven’t been a part of your daily routine up until now, it’s hard to simply “flip a switch” and start performing each habit with any consistency.
This is important, because after this week you will need a system to ensure that you continue with the healthy habits that I’ve been presenting and make them a part of your daily routine.

We’re also going to cover goal setting. When you combine action habits, with realistic & SMART running goals, you have a good chance of staying motivated and ultimately, enjoying success.

Today’s Challenge Tasks:
1) Download and complete the Healthy Runner’s Habit inside the Success with Action Habits worksheet

2) Download the Goal Setting Cheatsheet. Complete the exercise to ensure that your running goals are realistic and achievable.
