My foam roller is my “secret injury prevention weapon.” Most athletes use their rollers as a post workout massage to relieve muscle or joint pain or stiffness. Foam rollers can be used for therapeutic exercises, physical therapy, training and conditioning, core strength and stability, core training and stretching.
